Public Transportation. Recent developments in our city included extensive deliberations on the need of proper mobility systems as Amman continues to grow.
Our three speakers in this special event will cover a wide spectrum of issues relating to transportation.
1- Dr. Mohammad Al-Asad will walk us through our right in moving around and about destinations in the city.
2- Hazem Zureiqat will share insights on Technological Advancements in this field.
3- Dr. Ayman Smadi will walk us through the “Bus Rapid Transit” (BRT) experience in Amman.

Alaa has three years experience in urban planning and designing fields. She is currently working on the Amman Plan. For several years, she has extensively worked on the Amman Zoning By-Law; framework, regulations and subsequent studies including Zoning Conversion Study and Zoning Handbook.
